About Arctic Guardian
Founded by former soldier and law enforcement officer James Drayton, Arctic Guardian is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the readiness of America’s military and law enforcement professionals.

Drayton served with the 101st Airborne Division before continuing his public service as a Peace Officer in Merced County, California. His experience revealed a growing and disturbing challenge: shrinking training budgets were leaving those who serve with fewer opportunities to prepare for increasingly complex missions.

Arctic Guardian was created to change that. Through private support and community partnerships, the organization funds advanced training, specialized equipment, and educational assistance—ensuring that capability, preparedness, and excellence remain non-negotiable.
